Opened in September 2021, our venue overlooks the beautiful Bay of Isles and has quickly become a favourite for both locals and visitors. We are now seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to work alongside our experienced Head Chef in a brand-new kitchen, delivering memorable dining experiences.
What You’ll Do 
- Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver excellent, consistent meals.
- Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence to ensure smooth service.
- Mentor and support junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Assist in creating and developing new menu options that reflect seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Maintain our reputation for quality by using fresh, locally sourced produce.
What We’re Looking For 
- 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Relevant culinary qualifications.
- Proven leadership skills suited to a busy commercial kitchen.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all team members.
- Passion for food and creativity that complements Esperance’s coastal lifestyle.
