We're looking for a Service Advisor whose primary focus will be estimating repairs and managing parts, while also being a part of the front-of-house team.
You'll prepare accurate estimates, source and manage parts, contribute to daily workflow scheduling, and clearly explain inspection outcomes and next steps to customers.
Attention to detail, organisation and customer care are essential.
This role suits someone with automotive and customer-facing experience who is confident, tech-savvy and calm under pressure. A current driver's licence is required.
A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
