Requirements
Hands-on experience as a dairy technician, ideally in robotic milking, conventional milking systems, or dairy automation
Strong understanding of dairy farm operations and herd routines
Proven technical troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
