About the Role
We are looking for full-time Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators with at least two years' experience in an Early Childhood setting. This role offers a competitive salary of $68,865 - $78,000 + super, depending on qualifications and experience.
As an Educator at OAC Buderim, you will:
- Provide high-quality education and care in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team

Skills & Experience
To be successful, you will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Minimum two years' full-time work experience in an Early Childhood setting
- A genuine passion for education and child development
- Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- A collaborative, supportive, and proactive attitude
