About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to design and execute impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility, expand market share, and drive revenue growth. Working closely with the Marketing Director, this role combines creativity with data-driven decision-making, connecting commercial goals to tactical marketing execution.
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align strategy and execution.
* Lead and coordinate the marketing team, including Social Media Specialist, Paid Ads Manager, Content Creator, Designers, and Web Developers.
Main Responsibilities
This role involves:
* Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and ROI.
* Managing CRM workflows, automation, and digital funnels (emails, SMS, landing pages).
* Creating scripts and content for social media, email, and SMS campaigns.
* Planning and delivering digital events (webinars, launches, masterclasses) to generate qualified leads.
* Analysing campaign KPIs, including conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI.
* Conducting analysis of client feedback to refine messaging, improve engagement, and optimise customer experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
* A minimum 1 year' full-time work experience in the industry.
* Proven experience in marketing strategy, business development, and campaign execution.
* Strong knowledge of digital tools, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional marketing teams.
* Analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement, optimisation, and customer feedback analysis.
