Following strong momentum, we are seeking a strategic Chief Executive Officer to accelerate the next phase of growth and drive operational excellence across the organisation.
Career Experience:
- Proven CEO or relevant executive leadership experience – P&L; ownership, and relevant span of control.
- A strong commercial acumen will be combined with an ability to develop a clear and executable strategy for profitable growth.
- A track record of success in a wholesale, B2B or B2C sales environments, capable of building strong and strategic relationships with key customers and channels.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and/or product distribution, the strategic management of materials and supplier relationships, sales and operations planning, safety, industrial relations, and supply chain.
- Ability to operate in a mid-market business environment, in a company with a rich history and culture.
