Customer Communication Officer
We are looking for someone who wants to build a career at Broken Hill Bank and add value to our customer communication team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent experience to our customers while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Position requirements:

• Intermediate computer and administration skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise work

• A strong commitment to learning new tasks
• An ability to lift and carry heavy weights (i.e.: bags of coin)
Position parameters:
• Process financial requests including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, bill payments, statement requests, address changes, opening of accounts and investments, loading/altering or cancelling of periodical payments and direct credits
• Provide routine to complex information (dependent on level of expertise and qualification) concerning products and services and, if necessary, direct customers to appropriate personnel for more specific information and service
• Provide a level of service that is recognised by the customers as exceptionally pleasant, helpful, informative and responsive
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of features and benefits of all products and services, and application of state and federal regulations. Also keep informed of changes in Broken Hill Bank policies and procedures
• Daily operations including, but not limited to, balancing Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs), gathering daily work for reconciliation, balancing coin and filing.
• Complete transactions promptly and accurately. Perform other duties as assigned.
