Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of fashion professionals to consistently achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Drive performance through KPIs, including UPT, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
* Ensure the store environment reflects the brand's luxury standards with impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalised styling advice and an unforgettable shopping experience.
* Oversee stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising to maintain operational excellence.
* Report on store performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement effective strategies to achieve goals.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a luxury fashion or high-end retail environment.
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on developing and inspiring a high-performing team.
* Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with clients.
* A passion for luxury menswear, fashion trends, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
* A results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail and a focus on achieving sales targets.
