Integrated Scheduler

* We are seeking an experienced Integrated Scheduler to play an integral part of our team.
This role suits individuals with high-level organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and substantial experience in supply chain optimisation and fleet management.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Managing Resources: Allocating the fleet as per the requirements and ensuring all vehicles are in good working order.
2. Scheduling Operations: Create, manage, and optimise detailed project schedules for the supply chain. Assigning tasks to drivers and operators, scheduling and optimising their routes, and ensuring the tasks are performed within the set time frame.
3. Monitoring Performance: Continuously monitoring the execution of tasks, and the performance of drivers and equipment. Troubleshooting and resolving challenges in supply chain schedules and operations.
4. Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of all operations for analysis and future planning.
5. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with various teams (engineering, maintenance, processing, and construction) to incorporate their inputs in the overarching schedule.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a scheduler; mine operations scheduler, shipping scheduler, fleet scheduler, or logistics scheduler.
* Highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Data analytics and systems background is highly desirable.
* Proficient in logistics and scheduling software.
* Solid understanding of mining operations and transport logistics.
* Outstanding positive communication skills, both written and verbal.
