Job Title: Financial Operations Associate
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Financial Operations Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and distribute invoices for approval and payment
* Follow up on outstanding and unapproved invoices to ensure timely resolution
* Clear all parked documents at the end of each month
* Record invoices and credit notes in our accounting system
* Maintain accurate records of creditor statements and reconcile them monthly
* Process direct debit payments to suppliers
* Create and send tax invoices to recipients as required
* Investigate and resolve creditor enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts or finance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
* Ideal candidates will have experience using our accounting software
