Job Description
As a Retail Media Manager, reporting to our Paid Media Director, you will be a key contributor in driving media performance and account growth. Your responsibilities include activation & optimization, reporting & insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts. This is a 12-month contract position.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Manage and optimize retail media campaigns including Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon).
2. Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.
3. Complete BAU tasks independently, including campaign builds, daily pacing, optimization, and reporting.
4. Create professional client-facing documents highlighting performance insights.
5. Interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.
6. Collaborate with teams to achieve campaign goals and objectives.
7. Stay updated with new tools, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
1. 4+ years of experience working in retail media within an agency setting.
2. Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP).
3. Experience with third-party bid management platforms such as SKAI and Pacvue.
4. Experience managing complex retail media budgets.
5. Understanding of the retail industry and current trends.
6. Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining complex spreadsheets and producing high-quality documents.
7. Client-centric attitude, with a passion for building long-lasting relationships and adding value.
8. Process improvement mindset, seeking solutions to streamline workflows.
9. Strong team collaboration skills, respecting diverse contributions.
10. Adaptability to modify strategies and plans as needed.
