Project Manager - Proposals Job Description
About the Role
The Project Manager – Proposals is a key member of the Project Development Office within the EPIC team, delivering proposal development services to support construction, operation, maintenance, and management of facility assets, infrastructure, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end proposal development and submission process.
* Analyze tender/RFP requirements and develop proposal strategies.
* Lead and review proposal elements for quality and completeness.
* Develop detailed project execution packages for awarded proposals.
* Support and manage project execution as assigned.
* Maintain proposal documentation according to document control processes.
* Promote health and safety practices on-site and within the workplace.
Qualifications
* Undergraduate degree in Business, Management, or Project Management.
* Postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields are preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge of proposal and project management processes.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe suites.
* Document management experience.
