Who we're looking for?
* Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Social Workers, Registered Nurses (with eligibility for relevant registration/membership)
Your role:
* Conduct assessments and case management to support clients' recovery and return to work
* Build relationships with health professionals, employers, and insurers to drive positive outcomes
* Apply your clinical knowledge in a rewarding, collaborative environment
