About this role:
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research. Your goal is to translate insights into clear recommendations, as well as designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that lead to intuitive user experiences.
This role requires a human-centred design thinking expert who can work with customers and stakeholders to explore user problems and design solutions based on user needs.
Key accountabilities include:
* Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
* Discern the needs of all stakeholders and actors in our products & services — both customers and service providers (e.g. license holders, registered training organisations, agents, health providers).
* Perform primary research including interviews, ethnography, and usability tests.
* Lead and facilitate discovery, ideation, co-design and/or prototyping workshops.
* Leverage rapid prototyping tools and techniques to test and iterate solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in design across multiple platforms, web, mobile web and apps. They should know best practice UX design principles and have strong skills in building interactive experiences (UI components and visual elements of design).
