Responsibilities
* Lead a team responsible for facilities management, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
* Oversee after-hours and weekend operations, security, and duties as required to ensure seamless operations.
* Provide specialist advice on facilities management and drive informed decision-making for the Program.
* Prepare detailed reports, submissions, and correspondence on complex and sensitive issues related to facilities, fleet, and assets.
* Lead procurement, contract management, and oversee vehicle and goods logistics.
* Manage budgets for facilities leasing, oversee relocations, and ensure maintenance and delivery of goods and vehicles.
* Build and maintain internal and external networks; collaborate across boundaries to achieve outcomes.
* Advise management in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of facilities strategies, including security access and workplace safety.
* Analyse and report on current and emerging facilities needs through structured consultation with management and key stakeholders.
* Oversee staff responsible for collection and delivery of vehicles and goods and the maintenance of vehicles to ensure smooth operations.
* Lead procurement and contract management processes for facilities and fleet-related activities with compliance and value for money.

* Ability to work independently, use initiative, and focus on continuous improvement.
* Ability to build relationships with leasing agencies, property managers, and contractors.
* Experience in facilities management, fleet/asset management, and reporting on complex issues.
