As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a driven Account Manager to support and grow exhibitor partnerships across their health and wellness-focused event portfolio.
Job Description
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of exhibitor accounts across major consumer events, ensuring strong retention and year‐on‐year performance.
* Promote exhibition packages tailored to lifestyle, wellness, home improvement, and consumer‐focused audiences, helping clients maximise visibility and ROI.
* Build long‐term relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, franchise networks, and aligned brands through regular communication and ongoing account support.
* Deliver compelling value propositions through presentations, marketing collateral, audience insights, and event performance reviews.
* Identify new opportunities within existing accounts while also supporting targeted new business activity through calls, meetings, referrals, and industry networking.
* Collaborate with internal teams to forecast revenue, plan account growth, and prioritise strategic exhibitors for upcoming shows.
* Attend industry seminars, trade events, and networking opportunities to maintain market presence and support exhibitor engagement.
* Represent the business at exhibitions ensuring smooth event preparation, on‐site support, and seamless client experience.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in B2B account management or sales, ideally within exhibitions, events, media, or marketing services
* Strong understanding of value‐based selling and ROI‐driven solutions
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‐building skills
* Comfortable managing a diverse portfolio and working autonomously
* Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
* Experienced with CRM systems and digital sales tools
* Holds a valid driver's licence and willing to travel interstate for events
