Key Responsibilities:
* Execute high-quality paint jobs and finishes.
* Sanding, priming, and cleaning the damaged area to ensure proper adhesion of the paint.
* Inspecting the vehicle to evaluate the extent of the damage and determining the repair work needed.
* Ensuring the new paint matches the original color of the vehicle. This can involve mixing paints to achieve the right shade.
* Conducting a quality check to ensure the repair work meets standards and the paint job is free from defects like bubbles, runs, or uneven coverage.
* Safely disposing of any waste materials (paint cans, sanding dust, etc.) and cleaning up the workspace.

* Relevant experience in automotive roles.
