Peer Learning Officer, Student Success

Responsibilities
* Support a large cohort of student casuals through training, development, and high-quality facilitation.
* Be part of a welcoming community of professionals, academics and students.
* Support Peer Learning and Student Success programs.
* Assist with recruiting, training, and supporting PASS Facilitators.
* Help create and update training materials and resources.
* Work with internal teams to align learning support services.
* Collect and report data on student engagement and outcomes.
* Assist with events, facilitator development, and promotions.
* Help monitor PASS program operations and attendance.
* Support on-campus program delivery.
Qualifications, skills & experience
* Degree qualification or relevant tertiary study with related work experience.
* Understanding of peer learning and student success/retention strategies.
* Ability to guide and support student Peer Learning Facilitators.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
* Well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work respectfully in diverse environments.
