As an administrative professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager and his leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the diary of the GTS General Manager to ensure smooth coordination of commitments and priorities.
* Providing high-level administrative support to the GM and team as required, including preparing accurate and timely documents.
* Organizing meetings, including catering, booking meeting rooms, and video conferencing.
* Liaising with management and customers both internally and externally.
* Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
* Processing transactions for multiple account holders.
* Managing purchase requisitions and receipting goods and services.
* Supporting new employee on-boarding processes.
