About Us

Clearwater Plumbing & Gas is a growing commercial plumbing business working with builders across Cairns, Far North Queensland, and South East Queensland. As we expand, we're looking for an organised, detail-driven Administration Officer to join our close-knit team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you love variety in your day and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

This is a full-time, hands-on and varied role. In a business where no two projects are quite the same, you'll need to be comfortable adapting quickly. From compliance paperwork and project documentation to supplier coordination and crew logistics.

What You'll Be Doing

* Preparing and submitting project documentation and compliance paperwork
* Liaising with builders, contractors, and site contacts
* Coordinating with suppliers
* Maintaining accurate job records and administrative systems
* Booking travel and accommodation
* General office duties

What We're Looking For

* Experience in a construction or trade administration role
* Strong attention to detail, especially around compliance and project documentation
* A confident, professional communicator
* Organised and self-directed, with the ability to juggle competing deadlines
* Experience with Simpro or plumbing compliance documentation is a bonus - but if you've got the right attitude and a solid admin background, we'd love to meet you.

What's On Offer

* $30–$40 per hour + superannuation

* Based in Gordonvale, with flexible work arrangements a possibility once established
