About The Role
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse in search of a rewarding career within the aged care industry? As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work closely with the Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
What You'll Do
Work well with other staff and health professionals to provide respectful, safe, and person-centred care.
Follow care plans and workplace policies to give quality nursing care.
Guide and support personal care workers in their daily tasks when needed.
Notice changes in a consumer's health and report or act on them, including contacting doctors or family if required.
About You
AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
Minimum 6 months experience working in acute or aged care.
Familiarity with SARAH is preferred; however, a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable.
Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times.
Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate requires current National Police Clearance and, in accordance with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, is encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
