We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Case Manager to join our team. This role will involve working closely with customers to deliver exceptional customer service, while also being able to navigate complex claims processes.
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting customers throughout their recovery journey, while also liaising with external stakeholders such as doctors and solicitors.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by being responsive, proactive and empathetic in your communication.
* Continuously learn and grow your knowledge of personal injury management, case law and regulatory requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing guidance and support through the claims process.
* Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing deadlines.
About You
* You have experience in insurance, preferably managing claims or personal injury management.
* You are a strong communicator, able to effectively communicate with customers over the phone.
* You are resilient, decisive and empowered, able to make sound judgments and take calculated risks.
* You have the ability to find solutions and create plans to address challenges.
