Job Description
Brisbane based candidates only. Day rate contract. 3/2 Hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement new S/4HANA Sales and Distribution configuration and WRICEF objects in alignment with CP's business requirements and SAP best practices, ensuring solutions are scalable, adaptable to future business and technology needs, and introduced without adverse impacts on existing processes, integrations, or custom enhancements.
* Design the S/4HANA master data structures-including Business Partner roles, Material Master sales views, pricing master data, and output/communication master data-ensuring alignment with the overall solution architecture.
* Ensure seamless integration with related modules such as MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), BTP (Business Technology Platform), and other external systems.
* Collaborate with the S/4HANA Solution Architect to ensure the Sales and Distribution solution aligns with the overall architectural vision and complies with audit, data governance, and regulatory standards.
* Prepare comprehensive project documentation, such as discussion papers, data standards, process flows, detailed design documentation, configuration and functional specifications, test scripts, etc.
* Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing, penetration testing and other testing phases as required.
* Provide input into cutover planning and actively participate in execution activities to support a seamless production deployment.
The Successful Applicant Required Skillsets
* Minimum five years' experience in implementing original S/4HANA Sales and Distribution module designs/requirements in a greenfield implementation or in a live production environment (mandatory).
* SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution certified consultant is desirable.
* Additional certifications in related modules (e.g. S/4HANA EWM) is desirable.
* Proven ability to design and deliver original, fit-for-purpose S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions in both greenfield implementations and live production environments. This includes creating bespoke designs rather than relying on predefined templates or rollout configurations, and providing full configuration, WRICEF development, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OC) process design.
* Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, best-practice SAP designs, supported by strong analytical, problem-solving, and fit-gap assessment capability.
* Deep understanding of SD integration with MM, FI, EWM, BTP, and external systems, with demonstrated experience delivering cross-module, end-to-end solutions.
