Your Role
As a Junior Sous Pizza Chef, you'll work closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to:
* Prepare and cook handcrafted pizzas to perfection.
* Assist in menu development and bring creative ideas to life.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
* Support daily kitchen operations and mentor junior team members.
* Ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pizza Chef or Pizzaiolo/Piazzolo (essential).
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen (wood-fired or deck oven experience preferred).
* Strong passion for food and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Solid knowledge of dough management, fermentation, and toppings mise en place.
* Understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices.
* Creativity and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications
Certificate 3 & 4 in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management
