To be considered for this role, candidates must:
1. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Roofer.
2. Provide supporting documents, such as payslips, employment evidence, a valid passport, and police clearances.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Measure and estimate materials and labor required for roofing projects.
4. Install different types of roofing systems, including shingles, metal, and flat roofs, ensuring they are watertight and secure.
5. Perform inspections and maintenance on existing roofs to identify and repair issues such as leaks, missing tiles, or damage.
6. Apply waterproof coatings and sealants to protect roofs from weathering and wear.
7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards while working on roofing projects.
8. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met and completed on time.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work site, minimizing disruptions to clients and property.
10. Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
Qualifications:
11. A minimum of 5 years' experience in roofing, with a strong understanding of various roofing materials and installation techniques.
12. Proficiency in using roofing tools and equipment safely and effectively.
13. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
14. Physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
15. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to ensure effective communication with clients and team members.
