* You will provide tailored psychosocial support that empowers people in their recovery journey, using a holistic, person-centred approach within the Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative program.
* Key responsibilities include delivering individual recovery-focused support using evidence-based approaches, assisting consumers with navigating essential services, engaging in capacity-building activities, and developing and monitoring individual support plans.
* The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the mental health or community services sector, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for recovery-oriented practice.
About You
* Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or Community Services or working towards this qualification is required.
* A strong ability to engage with clients, share your story, and collaborate with team members is essential.
* Experience or a strong desire to learn about recovery-oriented approaches is highly valued.
