What You'll Be Doing: As a Research Development Scientist based at our Clayton Innovation Centre, you'll play a key role in developing new and improved high-quality products that support the long-term technical and commercial objectives of the Dulux Decorative business.
You'll work within the Commercialisation team—alongside chemists, sales, marketing, procurement, and production—to deliver NPD projects on time, ensure uncompromised product quality, and contribute to future technology platforms.
This hands-on role blends formulating science, problem solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, all while maintaining strong safety, sustainability, and compliance standards.
