About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Campaign Manager early in their career to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Advertising, Paid Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing, Online Digital Event/Webinar Marketing, SEO & Content Syndication, and Website Management (WordPress).

Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Development & Execution : Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, paid social media platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X), and email marketing.
* Email Marketing : Design, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage audiences using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
* Online Events & Webinars : Coordinate and promote digital events and webinars to drive attendance and engagement, including managing registration platforms and follow-up campaigns.
* SEO & Content Syndication : Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and manage content syndication to amplify reach and brand visibility.
* Website Management : Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with marketing goals.
* Performance Tracking & Reporting : Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize results.
* Collaboration : Work closely with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and branding.
Qualifications
* Experience : 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B with knowledge of the services and tech industry, with hands-on experience exposure with to:
* Google Advertising (Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Video campaigns)
* Paid Social Media Advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)
* Email Marketing (e.g., Pardot/Account Engagement, ActiveCampaigns, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
* Online Digital Event/Webinar Marketing
* SEO & Content Syndication
* Website Management experience welcome, but not essential (WordPress, including basic HTML/CSS knowledge)
