Accommodation Service Associate
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of hotel rooms, including linen changes, cleaning, restocking amenities, and maintaining overall presentation. They will work as part of a close-knit team to deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day room turnover, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained
* Restock amenities, maintain linen supplies, and replenish toiletries
* Ensure public areas are well-maintained and presented in line with company standards
* Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve seamless guest experience
* Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is desirable but not essential
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
* Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
