Description Reporting to the Human Resource Business Partner, your responsibilities will include: Manage end‑to‑end payroll processes in line with legislation and internal standards. Ensure accurate processing of employee pay, entitlements, and deductions. Maintain up‑to‑date payroll and employee records across relevant systems. Handle statutory payments and compliance requirements such as superannuation, PAYG, and payroll tax. Respond to payroll enquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly. Support payroll components of onboarding and offboarding. Assist with audits, reconciliations, and payroll‑related reporting. Contribute to improvements in payroll and HR processes and systems. Meet all payroll processing deadlines. Provide general HR administration support across the employee lifecycle.
