What your day-to-day might look like
* Scoping new transformation initiatives using human-centred design principles — defining deliverables, timelines, resources and costs
* Managing project and program timelines across multiple workstreams, ensuring clarity, momentum and on-time delivery
* Leading cross-functional teams including strategists, designers, creatives, technologists, analysts and QA testers
* Working with Strategy and Creative Directors to turn audience insight into ideas that meaningfully solve customer needs
* Collaborating with Experience Designers and Customer Strategists to shape journeys, flows, prototypes and UX deliverables
* Guiding Development, QA and Tech teams through requirement gathering, platform evaluations, implementation and release
* Partnering with CRM & Lifecycle Strategists to integrate data, segmentation and personalisation into solutions
* Being the trusted voice of the client within Akcelo, championing their product vision and ensuring every output is on-brief
* Managing risks and proactively building mitigation strategies that keep projects moving
* Preparing financial reports and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and transparency across the budgets you are responsible for
* Building strong, collaborative relationships with external agencies, suppliers and delivery partners
* Identifying opportunities for optimisation, growth or new streams of value for clients
To thrive in this role, you'll need
* Proven agency experience delivering complex customer experience, martech or technology programs
* Minimum 7+ years experience in Project Management delivery experience within a creative or brand agency environment
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-disciplinary teams
* Strong understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies – and when to use which
* Confidence negotiating timelines, costs and scope with clients
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and inspire confidence
* A solutions-focused, proactive mindset – always thinking one step ahead
* High standards, attention to detail, exceptional organisation and the ability to stay calm under pressure
* A natural collaborator who brings energy, empathy and problem-solving to every interaction
* Familiarity with digital platforms, CX tools, martech systems or technology delivery environment
