Our opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Perth office. In this role you will assist with the development, market share and profitability of our residential portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assist and support business strategies, programs, objectives, policies and initiatives.
* Assist in the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home.
* Assist with marketing briefs and presentations.
* Assist with database marketing, communication, segmentation and analysis.
* Manage online listings and edm's.
* Edit and prepare imagery for use online.
* Prepare meeting minutes and agendas.
* Assist with budgets, project reporting, expense claims and invoicing.
* Conduct competitor and customer research, data analysis, reporting, presentations and workshops.
* Assist in enhancing the customer experience via Infinity.
* Assist and attend project launches and events.
* Participate in sub-committees as directed.
* Work collaboratively with internal and external agencies and consultants.
* Assist in maximising PR and networking opportunities.
* Assist in managing communication/ PR/ social media / project Issues.
* Participate in teamwork in a manner that creates the environment where people excel.
* Collaborate effectively with other areas of the business.
* Assist in managing calendar appointments and meetings.
Your point of difference
To be successful in this role you will be suitably qualified and have entry level marketing experience ideally gained working within the property environment and/or digital marketing and you will be ready to take the next step and grow your residential property experience in this fast-paced role.
You will have strong understanding of Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign and Photoshop), as well as copywriting experience.
A current driver licence is required for this role as you will be required to travel to our project sites, and on occasions attend events which can be scheduled evenings or weekends.
You will have excellent communication skills, discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality and the eagerness to learn.
