We are excited to announce an ongoing full time opportunity for the allied health workforce clinical education role within our Nutrition and Dietetics team ( 1 EFT Nutrition and Dietetics).
In this newly created Workforce clinical education positions, the role will work closely with the Allied health education lead to ensure the provision of effective upskilling of new and junior staff in Nutrition and Dietetics clinicians in bed based and community settings. The workforce clinical educator will also play an integral role in supporting staff and managing patient flow. The role will be embedded using educational principles and project methodologies for evaluation.
This role will report directly to the Head of Profession – Nutrition and Dietetics and be supervised and supported by the Allied health education lead.
About You
You have been developing your clinical education and project management skills or you are an accomplished allied health professional (dietitian) with a drive to teach others in your profession; either way, you are ready to take this next step in your Career. You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic environment and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of evidence informed care to all patients. What You Need:
6. Relevant Qualification (Nutrition and Dietetics)
7. At least 7 years clinical working experience in a variety of settings
8. Demonstrated experience in public community health services
9. Demonstrated specialised interest in clinical education
10. Australian working rights
