Job Description About the Role
This role is a critical contributor to the smooth running of many aspects of the sales team. The team completes tasks that initiate daily processes for other teams so start times of 7.30am or 8.00am are ideal. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be part of the small team that provides administrative support to the sales team. You will have the opportunity to gain insight into FMCG and into the operations of major Australian retailers such as Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse and more. You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring you are proactively managing your tasks whilst enjoying the support of a very knowledgeable and supportive manager.
Indicative Tasks
* Orders - All Brands
* Tracking new stores
* Price List Maintenance
* Price Changes in customer portals (Woolies/Coles/Metcash/Chemist Warehouse/Amazon)
* Order Queries
* Claims processing for customers (Woolies/Coles/Metcash/Chemist Warehouse/Amazon)
* Various administrative maintenance and team reports
This is a full time in‐office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
