Responsibilities 
Provide first-level support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. 
Monitor service requests and escalate them as necessary to meet service delivery standards. 
Collaborate with the wider technology team to implement improvements in IT processes. 
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions in the service desk system. 
Assist in the deployment and configuration of hardware and software as required. 
Ensure compliance with organisational IT policies and procedures. 
Provide input for the development of service delivery metrics and reporting. 
The Successful Applicant 
A successful Service Delivery Analyst should have: 
Technical capability in ServiceNow, Microsoft suite, documentation and baseline knowledge of networks and hardware troubleshooting. 
Experience in a technology support or service delivery role, having a big focus on customer service. 
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges effectively. 
Familiarity with IT service management tools and frameworks. 
Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders. 
A proactive attitude and a focus on delivering quality service to end-users. 
A relevant qualification in Information Technology or a related field. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment. 
Excellent people skills and attitude to learn and help others.
