My client is looking for an Administration Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. 
About the Role 
This position is central to the day-to-day operations of the market. You’ll be responsible for coordinating administration, supporting stallholders and customers, and helping ensure everything is ready for market day. 
What You’ll Be Doing 
- Managing stallholder applications, registrations, and compliance documents 
- Coordinating schedules, rosters, and communications 
- Assisting with invoicing, payments, and financial record keeping 
- Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from stallholders and customers 
- Helping with market-day logistics and providing admin support onsite when required 
- Assisting with social media, newsletters, and community engagement activities 
About You 
You’re someone who enjoys variety in your work and thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You have: 
- Strong administration and organisational skills 
- Great communication and customer service abilities 
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital platforms 
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team 
- Flexibility to assist on occasional weekends (market days)
