Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and grow relationships with major grocery and specialty retail accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail buyers and category managers.
* Developing tailored business plans for each key customer, aligning with category and brand objectives.
* Negotiating trading terms, promotional schedules, and in-store activations to maximise sell-through.
* Working closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and sampling programs.
* Identifying gaps in distribution and new category opportunities, then creating the plan to secure them.
* Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve.
