The Role
This role is a senior-level digital marketer that will take the lead on all SEO and SEM campaigns for clients. This position will focus on owning strategy, execution, and reporting across both organic and paid search (primarily Google and Meta ads). You'll be the search expert—working closely with clients and internal team to deliver smart, effective campaigns that get results.
Responsibilities
* Lead and grow both new and existing SEO and SEM initiatives
* Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns, with creative support from in-house team
* Develop, implement, and report on search marketing strategies across organic and paid channels
* Collaborate with clients to shape tailored SEO/SEM strategies, guiding campaigns from concept through to delivery
* Present performance insights and strategic recommendations directly to clients
* Take a consultative approach to account management—understanding client goals and ensuring work aligns with their broader business objectives
* Work with designers, content creators, and developers to produce impactful, results-driven campaigns
What we're looking for
* At least 3+ years in SEO ideally from a digital agency background
* Deep knowledge of SEO: keyword research, on-page, technical SEO, content strategy, and link building
* SEM skills: running and optimising Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
* Proficiency with tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, reporting dashboards
* Strategic and hands-on: someone who can both plan and execute campaigns
* Strong client-facing skills: can lead conversations, present strategies, and explain data in plain language with a consultative approach—able to align marketing efforts with business goals
* Self-starter: takes initiative and ownership and capable of mentoring junior staff and eventually stepping into a manager role
* Proven experience in balancing multiple projects and working directly with clients
