What do you do?
- Manage and grow your own portfolio of key clients
- Lead and coach a regional team of Account Managers and Customer Service Reps
- Execute national sales strategy at a regional level
- Build and deliver action plans to grow market share and win major projects
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Design, and Ops teams for seamless delivery
- Oversee pipeline management, reporting, CRM usage and forecasting
- Champion the company\'s values, team culture and customer first mindset
What do you need?
- 5–8 years in sales leadership, ideally in lighting or construction
- Proven ability to lead and coach sales teams across multiple territories
- Strong lighting / construction and development network
- Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management or similar (preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel as required
