Student Engagement Coordinator (R–6) – Fixed Term, 3 Years (with an ongoing teaching role, R–6)
Salary: $86,949 – $120,382 p.a. (depending on experience), plus an additional $11,341.44 p.a. allowance for the Coordinator role.

We are looking for a teacher who sees behaviour challenges not as obstacles, but as opportunities to build stronger connections, model positive strategies, and empower both students and teachers. This is a fulltime role, with a 0.2 FTE teaching allocation.
As our Student Engagement Coordinator (R–6), you’ll play a vital role in responding to student behaviours while coaching and mentoring classroom teachers to manage challenges confidently and effectively. This is a role where you’ll make a lasting impact, supporting students to re-engage with learning and building a consistent, positive approach to behaviour across Reception to Year 6.This role blends hands-on behaviour support with coaching and capacity-building, offering you the chance to create meaningful change for both students and colleagues.
