We’re onsite, front of house, and always ready to assist.What the role is all aboutSupport the Workplace Manager of our national sites across Australia by resolving day-to-day operational issues raised by internal stakeholders and suppliers.Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, Slack messages, and in-person inquiries.Monitor and respond to PWE (Procurement & Workplace Experience) tickets related to office coordination.Assist on reception as needed.Act as an REA First Aider or Warden, with training provided by REA.Coordinate reactive, scheduled, and preventative maintenance for assets and building facilities across Australia.Conduct weekly workplace inspections across all floors in our Melbourne head office, focusing on WHS, hazards, environment, and cleaning services.Assist with workplace events, including room setups, pack downs, furniture moves, visual displays, deliveries, loading dock access, and cleaning requests.Coordinate emergency management and training (fire services, EVAC systems, emergency wardens) nationally.Communicate workplace initiatives and updates via Slack, intranet, and email.Conduct office audits for housekeeping and cleaning, and participate in monthly meetings to review supplier performance.Attend quarterly building management meetings with landlords/building managers across the country with the Workplace Experience Manager.Who we’re looking forA quick learner and multitasker.Exceptional phone manner.Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, agile environment – #gsd.A positive, friendly attitude, and ability to foster a fun work environment.Experience in office management, workplace, or facilities management.Interested in building a career in Workplace services.Solutions-focused mindset when facing challenges.Ability to lift light furniture and parcels safely.Proactive, approachable, and positive outlook.Tech-savvy and eager to learn new skills.Team player who supports colleagues proactively and enjoys collaboration.The REA experienceWe prioritize the physical, mental, emotional, and financial health of our people.
