About the Role
Job Pathways is seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant
to provide strategic and operational support to our CEO and leadership team. This is your opportunity to be the right hand to executive leadership while contributing to meaningful social impact across regional Western Australia.
You'll coordinate schedules, manage critical information flow, organise meetings and travel, and serve as a key liaison across stakeholders—all while enabling our mission to deliver transformational employment pathways in the Kimberley region.
What You'll Do
Executive Support
* Provide high-level assistance to the CEO including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking
* Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
Leadership & Operations
* Deliver quality administrative and project support to the executive team
* Prepare, review, and format reports, presentations, and board documentation to a high standard
Coordination & Logistics
* Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, meetings, and events across multiple locations
* Ensure seamless execution of all logistics
Information Management
* Oversee efficient information flow between executives, teams, and external stakeholders
* Maintain and improve administrative systems to support effective decision-making
What You'll Bring
Essential:
* Demonstrated experience providing executive-level administrative support
* Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information with integrity
* Experience coordinating complex tasks, projects, or processes in a professional environment
* Current C Class driver's license
* Ability to travel within the region
* National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
