Casual Hotel Services Roles – Aged Care | Joondalup (Oxford Gardens)
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Hotel Services team members to join our residential aged care team at our Oxford Gardens site in Joondalup. A variety of casual shifts are available across weekdays and weekends to support operational needs. Availability across both is essential.
About the Role
This is a hands‐on role supporting essential services within our facility, including kitchen, cleaning, and laundry duties.
Key Responsibilities & Experience
To be successful, you must have:
* Previous experience in a similar role, including commercial kitchen duties (aged care or similar setting preferred)
* Knowledge of cooking and food preparation, including safe meal handling and presentation
* Understanding of food safety practices, including temperature control and danger zones
* Familiarity with International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) levels
* Experience in cleaning and/or laundry services
* A caring, positive attitude and commitment to supporting older people
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and problem‐solve effectively
Mandatory Requirements
* Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
* Current National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
