Are you an experienced AEM Developer ready to take on a Senior role in delivering innovative digital solutions? We're seeking a Senior AEM Developer to drive the development and enhancement of core websites on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), enabling seamless content creation, marketing, and user experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide technical leadership, mentor a team, and shape best practices in AEM development while working on high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the design, implementation, and configuration of complex IT solutions on AEM and other platform environments.
* Provide technical direction and establish best practices for AEM development, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
* Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
* Act as a technical mentor for the development team, reviewing code and guiding best practices.
* Collaborate with the Tech Lead and Architecture teams to define development standards and strategies.
* Investigate and resolve complex incidents, providing recommendations to optimise system performance.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying innovative solutions and frameworks that enhance development efficiency.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in AEM development, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale AEM projects.
* Deep understanding of the AEM architecture, including components, templates, workflows, metadata management, and replication strategies.
* Experience conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
* Familiarity with React.
* Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive technical solutions and improvements.
