We're seeking a CRM Manager (Campaign Manager) for a 12-month contract to drive impactful customer engagement.
In this role, you will own the communications and promotional calendar for the business, developing marketing automation strategies tailored to key customer segments. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing campaigns, optimising the customer journey, and enhancing conversion rates across critical touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated marketing professional with a strong background in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns. Collaboration is key—you'll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless, data-driven customer experiences.
This position reports to the Head of CRM, Lifecycle & Retention and is part of Mable's Growth Team.
Key Responsibilities Management and ownership of the comms promotional calendar Manage the execution, monitoring and measurement of CRM campaigns and their success Work closely with internal business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns Communicate campaign performance and results Optimise new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects Prepare variations for A / B testing and execute test plans Ownership and execution of reputation management campaigns (eg. Trustpilot) Develop and execute personalisation and segmentation strategies for key customer audiences Cross-channel marketing automation creation, including Email, SMS, Push, and / or other engagement channels Stay up-to-date with the martech trends and best practices Skills, Knowledge, and Experience 3+ years hands-on experience in managing, executing and optimising CRM Campaigns Experience working with various Marketing Automation & Customer Engagement platforms (Braze experience preferred) Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not required Proficiency with the Google suite & online collaboration / ticketing tools e.g. JIRA, Coda, Confluence, etc. is desirable Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passionate about Tech and making a real impact on people's lives Inclusion at Mable Mable is an equal opportunity employer.
