Financial Administrator Role
This position requires support for the Finance department in day-to-day financial and administrative tasks.
* Managing accounts payable and receivable using Viewpoint software.
* Verifying supplier invoices against purchase orders.
* Issuing debtor invoices and responding to customer inquiries.
* Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
* Tracking outstanding invoices and credits.
* Preparing month-end and year-end reports.
The successful candidate will have experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable, strong attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
Requirements
* Certificate IV in Business (preferably).
* Proficiency in Viewpoint or similar ERP systems.
* Background in construction, civil, or mining industries.
