As a Mental Health RN, your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and providing hands-on clinical care
* Leading and mentoring junior staff within the unit, fostering a learning and supportive environment
* Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, allied health, and nursing staff to provide wraparound care
* Being part of a unit that values evidence-based practice, kindness, teamwork, and patient dignity
* Working a rotating roster within a 24/7 acute care environment
