I am seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a growing contractor delivering civil and earthworks projects in Perth. This a broad and varied role spanning quantity surveying, estimating and tender support, reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager, and offering hands-on experience and strong career development. You'll be involved in cost estimating, tender preparation, quantity take-offs and procurement support, helping the team deliver accurate and competitive bids through project lifecycles. What you'll be responsible for: Assist with cost-estimating and quantity take-offs to support project bids and proposals. Support tender preparation and evaluation including pricing schedules. Assist with procurement activities by sourcing and comparing quotations from supplies and subcontractors. Facilitate with end of month claims and compiling of variations. The Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in estimating, QS and tendering functions. Excellent numeracy, analytical skill and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong analytical skills with experience using CAD packages (e.g. 12D Model) Proactive attitude, driven approach and a willingness to take initiative.
