The Territory Manager is responsible for:
* Managing and overseeing accounts within the assigned territory in Sydney
* Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and client feedback.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
* Represent the company at industry events and meetings as required.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Profile
A successful Territory Manager should have:
* Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
* A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
* A valid driver's licence and ability to travel around Sydney with occasional regional travel.
* While not a requirement for the role, proficiency in an additional language will be viewed as an advantage.
