The Village Manager is a key role within our community-focused environment. This full-time position reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager and offers an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing an outstanding resident experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining effective administrative controls.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, a problem-solving attitude, and excellent relationship management expertise. You will also need to possess strong literacy and numeracy skills, as well as commercial awareness.
Additionally, you should have the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing. A compassionate and empathetic approach towards retirees is essential, as is resilience and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer literacy is also required, with proficiency in relevant software applications.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the village
* Oversee maintenance and coordinate with service providers

* Assist in budget planning and optimize maintenance programs
* Maintain capital works and manage staff
